摘要
[目的/意义]旨在为我国的科技创新战略、国际合作政策制定以及推进"双一流"高校建设提供决策支撑。[方法/过程]基于ESI和Web of Science数据库,以ESI高被引论文为研究对象,运用文献计量学方法,对其国际科技合作现状和特点进行系统、客观分析。[结果/结论]对于高水平学术研究,全球前10国家地区同时具备较高的发文量、国际合作论文数量和主导论文数量。然而在合作优先度、合作/非合作论文学术影响力、国际合作的依赖程度、单一国家地区的依赖程度、国际合作论文的国家集中程度以及合作关系网络等方面这些国家地区则呈现出不同的特点。
[Purpose/significance]The paper aims to provide decision support for the technological innovation strategy,the international collaboration strategy and the“Double First-class”university construction in China.[Method/process]Based on Essential Science Indicators(ESI)and Web of Science,the paper analyzes the status quo and characteristics of international collaboration of ESI highly cited papers by bibliometric methods.[Result/conclusion]In high-level academic research,top 10 countries/regions of the international collaboration have high number of papers,international collaboration papers and leading position papers at the same time.However,these countries/regions present different characteristics in the following aspects,including collaboration priority,the impact of collaboration/non-collaboration papers,degree of dependence on international collaboration,degree of dependence on single country,degree of country concentration and international collaboration network.
