供给侧视域下的高校图书馆空间再造与服务转型研究——以顺德职业技术学院图书馆艺术共享空间再造为例

Research on Space Reconstruction and Service Transformation in University Libraries on Supply Side: Case Study of the Reconstruction of Shunde Polytechnic Library's Art Apace

[目的/意义]旨在为高校图书馆空间再造与服务提供参考和借鉴。[方法/过程]采用文献研究法、归纳法以及调查法等分析了国内外图书馆空间再造的现状,并结合供给侧改革理念,以顺德职业技术学院图书馆艺术空间再造为例,从空间再造的定位、实施过程、服务模式等方面探讨如何实现服务功能转型升级。[结果/结论]结合供给侧结构性改革理念,高校图书馆可在用户真实需求的驱动下做出变革和转型:遵循以读者为中心开展多元化信息服务的定位原则;从需求端入手进行空间再造;建立艺术共享空间实现对用户的组织和培育;通过建设主题鲜明的特色文献资源、打造智慧空间、建立高素质馆员队伍以及开展跨越时空的移动服务实现服务转型。

[Purpose/significance]The paper is to provide references for university libraries’space reconstruction and service.[Method/process]The paper uses the methods of document research,induction,and survey to analyze the current status of library space reconstruction at home and abroad,and through combining supply-side reform concepts and taking the reconstruction of Shunde Polytechnic library’s art space as an example,it discusses how to realize the transformation and upgrading of service functions from the aspects of positioning,implementation process and service mode of space reconstruction.[Result/conclusion]Combining with the concept of supply-side structural reform,university libraries could make changes and transformation under the drive of users’real demands:following the positioning principle of developing reader-centered diversified information service;proceeding space reconstruction from demand side;establishing art shared space to realize the organization and cultivation for users;realizing service by constructing characteristic document resource with distinct themes,building a smart space,establishing the librarian teams with higher quality,and implementing mobile service across time and space.
