摘要 传统的专业点检仪存在着功能单一、硬件价格昂贵、后期维护费用高、数据孤立等问题。响应智能电站的发展趋势,设计并实现基于智能手机的点检管理系统。系统选取B/S模式和Android平台,用智能手机代替专业点检仪,实现点检管理工作。系统架构由移动端、Web端、服务端和移动服务总线4部分组成。移动服务总线采用RESTful模式,数据通信采用JSON格式,实现点检数据在Web端和移动端之间的传输。系统使用了NFC技术,无线连接红外测温传感器、测振传感器,检查结果数据离线缓存、视频拍摄等技术,可有效提升工作效率,丰富管理手段。系统可安装于大多数主流配置的Android智能手机上,设备成本低,易于推广和维护,具有广阔的应用前景。 The traditional professional route inspector has such problems as single function,expensive hardware,high cost of late maintenance and data isolation.In response to the development trend of intelligent power plant,the route inspection management system was designed and implemented based on smartphones.We chose B/S mode and Android platform,and used smartphones instead of professional route inspector to achieve route inspection management.The system architecture consisted of mobile terminal,Web side,Webserver and mobile service bus.The mobile service bus adopted the RESTful mode,and the data communication adopted JSON format to achieve the transmission of route inspection data between the Web and mobile terminals.The system adopted NFC,the wireless connection infrared temperature sensor,the vibration sensor,the off-line caching of the result data,the video shooting and so on,which could effectively improve the work efficiency and enrich the management means.The system can be installed on most Android smartphones with mainstream configuration.It has low cost,is easy to promote and maintain,and has broad application prospects.
