摘要
总结了核心CPI的编制方法,对每种方法的优缺点进行简要概述和评价,依据我国国情确定了使用行为法来测算我国的核心CPI,并计算了我国2001-2011年的核心CPI,同时与同期的M2进行了相关性检验.结果显示,行为法测算的核心CPI准确刻画了CPI的走势,稳定性好,而且核心CPI也是国家在制定货币政策时的有效依据.
This paper summarizes the compilation methods of core CPI,briefly summarizes and evaluates the advantages and disadvantages of each method,determines the use of behavior method to measure China’s core CPI according to China’s national conditions,and calculates China’s core CPI from 2001 to 2011.Correlation test is carried out with M2 in the same period.The results show that the core CPI measured by the behavioral method accurately depicts the trend of CPI and has good stability,and the core CPI is also an effective basis for the state to formulate monetary policy.
