针灸结合中药外敷疗法治疗踝关节损伤研究

Treatment of Ankle Joint Injury with Acupuncture Combined with External Application of Chinese Medicine

为了探究针灸结合药物外敷治疗对抗性项目中踝关节扭伤的疗效,将90名在足球活动中踝关节损伤者随机分成针灸组和对照组各45人,其中针灸组采取银针结合药物外敷治疗,对照组采取非创伤式药物外敷治疗.治疗一定周期后比较两组的VAS评分、Kofoed评分,得出针灸组VAS评分低于对照组(P<0.01),Kofoed评分优于对照组(P<0.01).研究认为针灸治疗对抗性运动项目中踝关节损伤临床效果较好、恢复快和易于控制,推荐临床使用.

In order to explore the curative effect of acupuncture combined with external application of drugs on ankle sprain in antagonistic events,90 patients with ankle injury in football activities were randomly divided into acupuncture group and control group,each of which was consisted of 45 patients.The acupuncture group was treated with silver needle combined with external application of drugs,while the control group was treated with non-traumatic external application of drugs.After a certain period of treatment,the VAS score and Kofoed score of the two groups were compared.The results showed that the VAS score of the acupuncture group was lower than that of the control group(P<0.01),and the Kofoed score was better than that of the control group(P<0.01).The study concluded that acupuncture treatment of ankle joint injury in the adversarial sports program has advantage of good clinical effect,rapid recovery and easy control,and is recommended for clinical use.
