温针灸配合耳穴贴压及药物治疗膝骨关节炎的疗效观察

Observations on the Efficacy of Needle Warming Therapy plus Auricular Point Sticking and Medication in Treating Knee Osteoarthritis

目的观察温针灸配合耳穴贴压及药物治疗膝骨关节炎的临床疗效。方法将86例膝骨关节炎患者随机分为治疗组45例和对照组41例。对照组采用关节腔内注射透明质酸钠合并口服盐酸氨基葡萄糖胶囊治疗,治疗组在对照组基础上采用温针灸配合耳穴贴压治疗。观察两组治疗前后临床症状各项指标(关节疼痛、关节肿胀、关节压痛)、膝关节功能各项指标(功能评分、屈伸度、活动度)及C反应蛋白(CRP)、血沉(ESR)含量的变化情况,并比较两组临床疗效及满意率、复发率。结果治疗组总有效率为95.6%,对照组为75.6%,两组比较差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组治疗后临床症状各项指标、膝关节功能各项指标及CRP、ESR含量与同组治疗前比较,差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗组治疗后临床症状各项指标、膝关节功能各项指标及CRP、ESR含量与对照组比较,差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗组治疗后满意率为93.3%,对照组为68.3%,两组比较差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗组显效患者复发率为2.5%,对照组为50.0%,两组比较差异具有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论温针灸配合耳穴贴压及药物是一种治疗膝骨关节炎的有效方法,可缓解患者临床症状,促进膝关节功能恢复。

Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of needle warming therapy plus auricular point sticking and medication in treating knee osteoarthritis.Method Eighty-six patients with knee osteoarthritis were randomized into a treatment group of 45 cases and a control group of 41 cases.The control group was intervened by intra-articular injection of sodium hyaluronate plus taking glucosamine hydrochloride capsules orally,while the treatment group was additionally given needle warming therapy plus auricular point sticking.Indicators of clinical symptoms(joint pain,joint swelling and joint pressure pain)and knee function(functional scores,flexion and extension angles and knee joint motion),and the C-reactive protein(CRP)and erythrocyte sedimentation rate(ESR)contents in the two group were observed before and at the end of the treatment.The clinical efficacies,satisfaction rate and recurrence rate of the two groups were also compared.Result The total efficacy rate was 95.6%in the treatment group and 75.6%in the control group,and there was a statistically significant difference between the two groups(P<0.05).The indicators of clinical symptoms and knee function,and the CRP and ESR contents all showed a significant change after the treatment in the two groups(P<0.05).After the treatment,The indicators of clinical symptoms and knee function,and the CRP and ESR contents in the treatment group were significantly different from those in the control group(P<0.05).After the treatment,the satisfaction rate was 93.3%in the treatment group and 68.3%in the control group,and there was a statistically significant difference between the two groups(P<0.05).The recurrence rate in the markedly improved cases was 2.5%in the treatment group and 50.0%in the control group,and there was a statistically significant difference between the two groups(P<0.01).Conclusion Needle warming therapy plus auricular point sticking and medication is an effective approach in treating knee osteoarthritis,and it can mitigate the clinical symptoms in the patients and promote the recovery of knee function.
