摘要
帕金森病属于中医学"颤证"的范畴,其病因病机总体为本虚标实。该文通过查阅近年来国内外应用针灸疗法治疗帕金森病的相关文献,探讨近年来针灸学临床上对帕金森病的治疗情况,从针灸治疗的不同方法对其进行总结分析归纳,提出综述过程中发现的问题及合理的针灸治疗方案,为后世学者进行临床研究提供参考。
Parkinson’s disease belongs to the scope of tremble syndrome in traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)and its etiology and pathogenesis can be generalized as deficiency in the root and excess in the superficiality.By reviewing the literatures related to the treatment of Parkinson’s disease with acupuncture-moxibustion therapy published in recent years,this article discussed the clinical state of this treatment in treating Parkinson’s disease.It analyzed and summarized by different methods of acupuncture-moxibustion therapy,and pointed out the problems found through the review and offered reasonable treatment protocols of acupuncture-moxibustion,to provide references to the clinical study in the future.
