摘要
本文对机车碳纤维冷却风扇和铸铝冷却风扇的技术特点进行了详细阐述。通过两者设计方法、制造工艺、试验性能和运用效果的对比研究,发现碳纤维冷却风扇各项技术指标明显优于传统铸铝冷却风扇。采用碳纤维复合材料能够生产出外形高度契合理论设计的风扇叶型,有效改善机车冷却风扇的气动性能,减少轮轴负载,降低功率消耗和气动噪声。
In this paper,the technical characteristics of carbon fiber cooling fan and cast aluminium cooling fan are described in detail.Through contrast research of the two design methods,manufacturing process,test performance and application effect,the technical indexes of carbon fiber cooling fan are obviously better than that of the traditional cast aluminum cooling fan.The carbon fiber composite material can produce the fan blade shape which is highly suitable for theoretical design,which can effectively improve the aerodynamic performance of locomotive cooling fans,reduce wheel axle load,reduce power consumption and aerodynamic noise.
