This paper comparatives analysis of charging model and replace model from convenience,unity of technology,suitability and economy,conbining with the cases at home and abroad and the trend of technology,to find out what kind of the model can be better at the initial stage of developping electrical vehicles and it’s infrastructure,to lay a foundation at building infrastructures for cities.
