摘要
以探讨泡沫铝材料对于提升游艇耐撞性能的有效性为目标,针对某小型玻璃钢结构游艇为研究对象,采用有限元方法分别计算了艇体结构在未安装与安装泡沫铝防撞层下的受力与变形,分析了泡沫铝防撞层厚度对结构防撞效果的影响。结果表明:安装泡沫铝防撞层后可以有效地提高游艇的抗撞击性能,达到保护游艇的目的,并且游艇所受到的最大拉应力随着泡沫铝防撞层厚度的增加呈线性减小趋势,游艇所受到的最大压应力、最大变形随着泡沫铝防撞层厚度的增加呈对数关系减小趋势。
The purpose of this paper is to improve the crashworthiness performance of yacht by using aluminum foam taking a smaller FRP yacht as research object.The finite element method is used to calculate separately force and deformation of yacht structure under the condition of uninstallation and installation of anti-collision layer,and analyze the impacts of aluminum foam thickness on cushioning effect.The results show that anti-collision performance of yacht is improved by using anti-collision layer of aluminum foam so as to achieve the goal of protection structure.The maximum tensile stress of yacht decreases linearly with the increase of thickness of anti-collision layer.The maximum compressive stress and deformation of yacht decrease logarithmically with the increase of thickness of anti-collision layer.
