某建筑物建设中的环境岩土效应

摘要 结合南通钟联财富中心建设工程中采用的基础持力层选择及地基方案的选择,分析了粉砂与粉质粘土层中工程桩施工及地基变形对周边环境的影响,并进行验算,认为该项目保护措施周全,在同类型工程问题中值得借鉴。 Combined with the selection of foundation bearing stratum and foundation scheme adopted in the construction of Zhonglian Fortune Center in Nantong,the influence of pile construction and foundation deformation in silty sand and silty clay stratum on surrounding environment is analyzed and checked.It is considered that the protection measures of this project are comprehensive and worth learning from in the same type of engineering problems.
