Impact analysis about excavation of a project foundation pit for adjacent buildings

结合某工程实例,指出了基坑开挖施工过程中可能对周边建筑造成的几种影响,根据周边建筑所反映出来的现象简单分析了与基坑施工的关系,并通过理论计算,重点分析了基坑开挖过程中对周边建筑物的地基承载力修正条件的改变,总结了基坑施工可能对相邻建筑造成的若干影响。

Based on an engineering example,this paper points out several possible influences on surrounding buildings during the excavation of foundation pit,according to the phenomena reflected by the surrounding buildings,the relationship between the foundation pit construction and the foundation pit construction is analyzed simply,the modification condition of the bearing capacity of the surrounding buildings during the excavation of the foundation pit is analyzed emphatically through theoretical calculation,and the possible influence of the foundation pit construction on the adjacent buildings is summarized.
