摘要
以唐山某汽车厂实际磷化废水为研究对象,采用化学沉淀法除磷,探讨了p H值、助凝剂聚丙烯酰胺(PAM)投加量、沉淀剂种类对除磷的影响,确定了p H值为10~11,PAM为0. 3 mg/L和Ca(OH)2为500 mg/L时为最优运行参数。
Taking the actual phosphate wastewater of an automobile factory in Tangshan as the research object,remove phosphorus was used chemical precipitation method,this paper discusses the influence of pH value,pour amount of coagulant agent Polyacrylamide(PAM)and the type of precipitation agent on phosphorus removal,and determines the pH value is 10~11,PAM is 0.3 mg/L and Ca(OH)2 is 500 mg/L,which is the optimal operating parameter.
