Key construction technology for super-high pier of Caijiagou super large bridge on Yuli Railway

通过对渝利铁路蔡家沟双线特大桥人字型主墩结构受力特点,施工过程中的质量、安全控制重难点等问题的分析,总结了人字型超高墩下斜腿、下横梁、岔区等关键施工技术,对同类型超高墩工程施工具有较好的借鉴意义。

Based on the analysis of the stress characteristics of the herringbone type main pier structure of Caijiagou double-track super-large bridge on Yuli Railway,the difficulties in quality and safety control during construction,this paper summarizes the key construction techniques of the lower inclined leg,lower crossbeam and bifurcation area of the herringbone type super-high pier,which has a good effect on the construction of the later super-high pier projects.Use for reference.
