雄县基层医疗卫生服务居民满意度调查

A survey on residents' satisfaction degree of basic medical and health services in Xiong county

[目的]以雄县为例了解雄安新区基层医疗卫生服务居民满意度现状,并提出相应对策建议,为推进京津冀地区医疗卫生服务建设提高信息支撑。[方法]采用方便抽样的方法,对雄县10家村卫生所及周边13条街道居民进行问卷调查,运用多因素Logistic逐步回归分析法进行数据整理和统计分析。[结果]本次调查共回收127份问卷,其中有效问卷109份。结果显示,多数雄安新区居民家庭年人均门诊费用为1000元以上(占35. 8%);多数居民对基层医疗卫生机构整体满意度感觉一般(占45%);其中,药品价格对整体基层医疗卫生机构满意度影响最大,其次为医疗卫生机构的健康教育情况;当地公共卫生服务情况不容乐观。[结论]基层医疗机构数量、质量与居民需求不匹配,疾病负担较重,居民基层医疗机构就诊偏好较低,居民健康素养有侍提升,基层医疗机构及公共卫生服务满意度较低。

Objective It takes Xiong county as an example,to understand the residents satisfaction degree of basic medical and health services in XiongAn New District and put forward corresponding countermeasures so as to provide information support for promoting the construction of public health service in Beijing,Tianjin and Hebei region.Methods Adopted convenience sampling method,conducted questionnaire survey to the residents from 10 village clinics and around 13 streets of Xiong county.It used multi-factor Logistic regression analysis method for data processing and statistical analysis.Results A total of 127 questionnaires were collected,of which 109 were effectivity.The results of the survey showed that the average medical cost of most households was more than 1000 yuan(35.8%),and most residents had a general feeling of overall satisfaction with basic medical and health services(45%).Among all the influencing factors,the price of drugs had the greatest impact on the overall level of health service satisfaction,followed by the health education of medical health institutions,and local public health service was not optimistic.Conclusions The quantity and quality of basic medical institutions do not match the residents'needs,the residents disease burden is heavy,health literacy is low,as well the satisfaction degree of basic medical institutions and public health service.
