咸宁精准灭荒工程的对策研究

Study of Countermeasures for Promotion of Xianning's Accurate Land Reclamation Project

精准灭荒,是湖北省贯彻落实党的十九大精神,推进长江经济带生态保护和绿色发展的重大林业生态工程。本文在调查分析咸宁市精准灭荒工程实施情况的基础上,针对性地提出统筹各方利益诉求、抓住几个重点环节的的思路和建议。

Accurate land reclamation is a major forestry ecological project launched by Hubei Province to carry out the spirits of the 19th National Congress of the Communist Party of China and promote the ecological protection and green development of the Yangtze River Economic Zone.On the basis of investigation and analysis of the implementation conditions of accurate land reclamation campaign in Xianning,this paper has come up with the idea and suggestion on overall planning of each party’s interest demands and highlighting of several key processes in a well-targeted way.
