济南流域浮游动物群落结构分布及时空格局

Community distribution and spatio-temporal patterns of zooplankton in Jinan watershed,China

以济南境内流域为作为研究区域,于2014年5月、8月和11月分三次对济南全流域范围内31个样点的浮游动物群落进行采样调查,分析济南流域浮游动物群落结构分布及时空格局。结果表明,济南流域浮游动物共鉴定出51种,类群差异显著;从济南全区域的年物种分布变化上看,南北两侧济南浮游动物物种数多于济南主城区,浮游动物总物种数在8月份最高,随后逐渐下降,浮游动物密度在5月份最高,进入8月明显下降。

The community structure of zooplankton and characteristics of environmental factors were investigated among 31 sample sites in Jinan watershed,China on May,August and November 2014,to explore the distribution and spatio-timporal patterns of zooplankton community.The results indicated that there were 51 species of zooplankton,which showed great difference in the community structure in Jinan watershed.There were more species of zooplankton in southern and northern part of Jinan than in urban area.The numbers of zooplankton species reached its peak in August and then gradually declined.The density of zooplankton reached its peak in May and obviously went down from August.
