摘要 在"双一流"建设驱动下,应用型高校要在转型发展中真正实现内涵发展质量提升的目标,必须紧扣学校办学实际和区域发展需求,转变办学理念,科学定位,制定适合自己的发展策略,才能在激烈的高等教育市场竞争中赢得一席之地。高校的价值实现和使命担当是地方应用型本科院校确立发展目标、制定发展战略的出发点和归宿。 An application-oriented university should revolutionize its development philosophy in the“double first-rate”drive by adhering to the local realities and requirements before it can actually achieve the objectives of connotative development and qualitative enhancement.Or,only by finding its appropriate position and drawing up appropriate development strategies can it survive the intense competition across higher education institutions.Value realization and commitment promise should serve such a university as both starting point and destination when identifying development objectives and formulating strategies.
