楚雄州S县农村“小规模学校”教师队伍的现状调查

Survey of the Current Situation of the Teachers of the Rural “Small-scale Schools” in S County,Chuxiong Prefecture

农村"小规模学校"的存在有其必要性和重要性,它不仅方便了农村适龄儿童就近入学、上学的需要,为他们提供了受教育的机会,更保障了农村偏远地区弱势儿童就近接受九年义务教育,体现了教育公平和教育民主。本研究以楚雄州S县为例,探析了云南省农村"小规模学校"教师队伍的现状及困境,并提出了一些思考与建议。

“Small-scale schools”are important and necessary in the rural areas.They not only make education accessible to school-age children at a reachable distance,safeguarding their rights to the nine-year compulsory education,but also enable them to enjoy education equality and education democracy.Carried out in S County,Chuxiong Prefecture,this survey first points out and analyzes the current situation and difficulties of the teachers of the“small-scale schools”in rural Yunnan,then proceeds to put forward some reflections before finally suggesting applicable solutions.
