中药周期疗法治疗肝郁痰凝型乳腺增生伴溢液的疗效观察

Therapeutic effect of traditional Chinese medicine cycle therapy on liver depression tan ning breast hyperplasia with discharge

目的研究中药周期疗法对于肝郁痰凝型乳腺增生伴溢液的临床疗效。方法回顾性分析100例肝郁痰凝型乳腺增生伴溢液患者,据其用药情况随机分为治疗组(n=50)和对照组(n=50)。治疗组予中药周期疗法(经前予补骨脂、杜仲+经间期予泽兰、杜仲、菟丝子、巴戟天+经期予失笑散、川牛膝、益母草+经后期予六味地黄丸)联合加味当归芍药散治疗;对照组予他莫昔芬,10 mg,2次/d,口服治疗。3个月经周期后观察2组临床疗效,治疗前后临床症状(乳房疼痛、肿块、乳头溢液及伴随症状)评分情况,测定雌二醇(E2)及泌乳素(PRL)水平,统计复发率。结果治疗组总有效率达94%,明显高于对照组的76%(P<0.05)。2组临床症状(除治疗组善郁易怒外)均比治疗前明显改善;治疗组月经失调症状明显改善,对照组症状进一步加重。2组E2较前明显升高,PRL水平较前明显降低,且治疗组改善优于对照组(P<0.05)。2组不良反应具有统计学差异(P<0.05),复发率比较无统计学差异(P>0.05)。结论中药周期疗法联合加味当归芍药散对于肝郁痰凝型乳腺增生伴溢液患者具有明显的临床疗效,且安全性高,复发率低。

Objective Observe the clinical symptoms of traditional Chinese medicine for the treatment of liver depression tan ning breast hyperplasia with discharge of the clinical symptoms and changes in hormones to explore its efficacy and safety.Methods Retrospective analysis of 100 patients with hyperplasia of liver and hypersecretion of mammary glands with fluid was randomly divided into treatment group(n=50)and control group(n=50).Chinese medicine treatment group to cycle therapy,(Premenstrual to add psoralen,Eucommia+between periods to Jiaze Lan,Eucommia,Dodder,Morinda+menstruation to add Shixiaosan,Cyathula,motherwort+to increase by late Liuweidihuangwan)combined with Danggui Shaoyao Powder,the control group received tamoxifen,10 mg,2 times/day,oral treatment,and 3 menstrual cycles to observe the clinical efficacy of the two groups.Observed before and after treatment of clinical symptoms,determination of estradiol and prolactin levels,analysis of its clinical efficacy,adverse reactions and recurrence.Results The results show that treatment,clinical total effective rate was 94%vs 76%;treatment group was significantly better results than the control group(P<0.05);Comparison of clinical symptoms than therapy was improved in comparison(P<0.05);The clinical symptoms of the two groups(except for the treatment group is good at depression and irritability)were obviously improved than before treatment,the treatment group significantly improved symptoms of menstrual disorders,the symptoms of the control group further aggravated;E2 was significantly higher than before,PRL level is significantly reduced,and the improvement of the treatment group was better than that of the control group(P<0.05).The two groups of side effects are statistically significant(P<0.05),The recurrence rate was not statistically significant(P>0.05).Conclusion Traditional Chinese medicine cycle therapy combined with modified Danggui Shaoyao Powder has obvious clinical curative effect on the treatment of patients with liver depression tan ning breast hyperplasia with discharge,and has good safety and low recurrence rate.
