摘要 目的了解食源性疾病暴发事件的流行病学特征,为预防控制措施的提出提供依据。方法对2011年—2016年大同市的食源性疾病暴发事件进行描述性流行病学分析。结果 2011年—2016年共发生食源性疾病暴发事件19起,发病277例,无死亡病例,平均每起发病人数呈下降趋势。食源性疾病暴发高峰期为第三季度,占总起数的42.105%(8/19);食源性疾病暴发多发生在单位食堂,占总起数的36.842%(7/19)。主要致病因素为有毒植物和致病微生物。原因食品以肉制品为主,占总起数的42.105%(8/19)。结论应开展食品安全知识的宣传教育,继续加强对单位食堂、餐饮单位和个体商户的监管。 Objective To understand the epidemiological characteristic of foodborne disease in Datong,in under to provide basis for the effective prevention and control of foodborne disease incidents.Methods The data of foodborne disease incidents in Datong from 2011 to 2016 were analyzed with descriptive epidemiologic method.Results There were 19 foodborne disease incidents reported,resulting in 277 cases and no death.The mean cases of foodborne disease incidents was decreased.Foodborne disease incidents were reported every year with a large peak 42.105%(8/19)from July to September.The main occurred in college canteens 36.842%(7/19).The main pathogenic factors were poisonous and bacteria.The main food was livestock meat and its product 42.105%(8/19).Conclusion Health education was essential for food safety knowledge,and regulation of college canteens and catering units and individual household should be strengthen.
