System Design of Thermal Defornation Measurement of Satellite Antennas

摘要 为满足某星载高精度伞状天线热变形测量需求,文章利用高精度数字近景摄影测量技术,结合特殊的相机防护和测量技术,设计研制了一套可在大型常压高低温箱中使用的在线自动热变形测量系统。通过对影响测量系统在高低温环境正常工作的多个因素进行分析入手,并从相机防护、测量网型、测量自动化和数据采集等方面进行优化设计改进,最终使该系统热变形测量精度优于0. 02mm,满足了高精度网状及固面天线热变形测量需求,为后续类似工作的开展提供了重要参考。 To meet the requirements for thermal deformation measurement of a high precision antenna,This paper designed and developed an automatic thermal deformation measurement system using camera protection and measurement method based on high-precision digital photogrammetry.The paper analyzed factors of affecting the measurement accuracy in high and low temperature environment,and carried out optimization in the aspects of camera protection,measuring network type,automatic measurement and data acquisition.The results proved validity of the system and the accuracy of less than 0.02mm.The measurement system meets the requirements for high precision antenna,as well as provides an important reference for many similar tasks.
