Design of a Cold Water Recovery System of Water Heater

文章基于目前家庭使用热水器的实际情况,设计了一套热水器冷水回收系统。在保持原热水器系统不变的基础上加装该套冷水回收系统,利用温度检测、电磁阀控制及水泵的水循环特性实现了管道中冷水的循环利用,以达到节水目的,同时改善用户体验感。

Based on the actual situation of household water heater in the home,a cold water recovery device of water heater is designed.The recovery system can be installed on the original hot water system.In order to achieve the purpose of water saving and good user experience,the device realize the cold water recycling in the pipe using the temperature detection,solenoid valve control and pump water circulation characteristics.It has good economic value and social benefit,which deserves promotion.
