改良Park法重睑成形术

Modified Park method of double eyelid plasty operation

目的探讨改良Park法重睑成形术的疗效。方法采用切开法手术,去除皮肤、皮下组织和少量眼轮匝肌,尽量保留睑板前筋膜组织,行切口下唇眼轮匝肌和睑板前筋膜的固定以形成重睑。结果术后随访1～12个月,所有患者对效果均满意,双侧重睑形态对称、自然,切口痕迹不明显。结论改良Park法重睑成形术效果稳定,重睑形态自然流畅,术后恢复时间快。

Objective To explore the clinical effect of the modified Park method double-eyelid operation.Methods The skin,subcutaneous tissue and part of the orbicular is oculi muscle were removed in the incision surgery,the anterior fascia of the tarsal plate was preserved as much as possible,and the subcutaneous tissue of the lower lipand the pretarsal fascia were stitched to form the double eyelid.Results Followed up for 1 to 12 months.All the patients were satisfied with the results.The double eyelid form was symmetrical and natural,and the incision scars were not obvious.Conclusion The modified Park method double-eyelid operation results in a short convalescence period,natural double eyelid,and a favorable effect.
