A型肉毒毒素联合透明质酸钠凝胶治疗轻中度上面部皱纹的临床效果分析

Clinical efficacy of botulinum toxin type A combined with sodium hyaluronate gel in the treatment of mild to moderate upper wrinkles

目的探讨轻中度上面部皱纹患者采取A型肉毒毒素与透明质酸钠凝胶联合治疗的效果。方法选择我院2015年3月-2018年3月收治的轻中度上面部皱纹患者80例开展分组研究,分组方式为随机数表法,每组患者40例。对照组实施A型肉毒毒素治疗,观察组在对照组基础上加用透明质酸钠凝胶治疗。两组患者治疗3个月后评价疗效,调查患者对面部满意度,记录不良反应。结果观察组患者总有效率为97.50%,显著比对照组的80.00%高(P <0.05);观察组患者对面部满意度评分显著高于对照组(P <0.05);观察组无不良反应,对照组有1例,两组差异无统计学意义(P> 0.05)。结论轻中度上面部皱纹患者采取A型肉毒毒素与透明质酸钠凝胶联合治疗,相比单用A型肉毒毒素治疗,可提高疗效与面部满意度,且安全性高。

Objective To investigate the effect of combined botulinum toxin type A and sodium hyaluronate gel on patients with mild to moderate upper wrinkles.Methods Eighty patients with mild to moderate upper wrinkles admitted to our hospital from March 2015 to March 2018 were divided into two groups.The method of grouping was random number table,with 40 cases in each group.The control group was treated with botulinum toxin type A,while the observation group was treated with sodium hyaluronate gel on the basis of the control group.The patients in the two groups were evaluated after 3 months of treatment.The patients'satisfaction and adverse reactions were recorded..Results The total effective rate was 97.50%in the observation group,which was significantly higher than 80.00%in the control group(P<0.05);the score of facial satisfaction in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group(P<0.05);there was no adverse reaction in the observation group,and there was one case in the control group.There was no significant difference between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion the combination of botulinum toxin A and sodium hyaluronate in patients with severe facial wrinkles can improve the efficacy and facial satisfaction compared with the treatment of botulinum toxin A alone.It is safe and worthy of application.
