膨体联合自体肋软骨治疗短鼻塌鼻鼻基底凹陷症的临床应用研究

Clinical application of bulky and autogenous costal cartilage in the treatment of short nose collapse nasal nose basilar depression

目的探讨和研究膨体联合自体肋软骨治疗短鼻塌鼻鼻基底凹陷症的临床应用研究。方法选取近年来在本院接受治疗的20例短鼻塌鼻鼻基底凹陷症患者作为研究对象取患者的第6/7根肋软骨,然后将其雕刻成长条状、片状、块状等,用来修复以及构建患者的鼻小柱、鼻背、侧鼻以及鼻翼等鼻部亚单位结构。结果通过对本次研究的20例患者进行随访调查,发现所有的患者对本次畸形矫正的效果以及鼻部功能的改善效果非常满意。结论在临床上对短鼻塌鼻鼻基底凹陷症患者使用膨体联合自体肋软骨进行治疗干预能够有效的对患者的鼻部美学外观进行校正同时还能够改善患者的鼻部功能。

Objective To explore and study the clinical application of expanded body combined with autogenous costal cartilage in the treatment of nasal basal depression caused by short nose collapse.Methods Twenty patients with nasal basal depression were selected as the subjects.The 6/7 rib cartilages were carved into strips,sheets and blocks to repair and construct nasal subunit structures such as columella,dorsum,lateral nose and alar.Results Through the follow-up survey of 20 patients in this study,we found that all patients were very satisfied with the effect of correction of the deformity and the improvement of nasal function.Conclusion Clinical intervention with autologous costal cartilage and dilatation can effectively correct the aesthetic appearance of the nose and improve the function of the nose.
