鼻中隔筛骨垂直板联合体在鼻综合整形术中的运用效果分析

Analysis of the effect of nasal septum ethmoidal vertical plate combined body in comprehensive rhinoplasty

目的分析鼻中隔筛骨垂直板联合体在鼻综合整形术中的运用效果。方法 2016年1月～2018年1月,医院共在鼻综合整形运用鼻中隔筛骨垂直板联合体42例,纳入观察组。同期采用其他方法进行鼻部支撑的对象50例,纳入对照组。结果观察组与对照组并发症发生情况差异无统计学意义(P> 0.05)。观察组与对照组对鼻整形效果的满意度评价差异无统计学意义(P> 0.05)。观察组术前与术后鼻长变化值、理想鼻长变化值、鼻尖突出度变化值,鼻额角与对照组差异无统计学意义(P> 0.05)。观察组鼻唇角高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P <0.05)。结论在鼻综合整形术中的运用鼻中隔筛骨垂直板联合体进行支撑塑形,尽管不能降低并发症发生风险,但是塑形效果肯定,在抬高鼻唇角上效果较好。

Objective To analyze the effect of nasal septum ethmoidal vertical plate complex in nasal plastic surgery.Methods From January 2016 to January 2018,42 patients with nasal septum-ethmoid vertical plate complex were included in the observation group.Meanwhile,50 patients with nasal support were enrolled in the control group.Results There was no significant difference in the incidence of complications between the observation group and the control group(P>0.05).There was no significant difference between the observation group and the control group in the satisfaction evaluation of rhinoplasty effect(P>0.05).There was no significant difference between the observation group and the control group in the changes of nose length,ideal nose length and nasal tip protrusion before and after operation(P>0.05).The nasolabial angle of the observation group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The use of nasal septum-ethmoidal vertical plate complex in nasal plastic surgery can not reduce the risk of complications,but the plastic effect is positive,and the effect is better in raising the nasolabial angle.
