探讨微创点阵排列取皮器实现无瘢痕愈合的最大间距 被引量:1

摘要 目的探讨微创点阵排列取皮器作用于供皮区实现无瘢痕愈合的最大间距。方法制作3组点阵排列间距不同(1000μm、750μm、500μm)的微创取皮器,在5只新西兰大白兔背上画定的实验区域取皮,观察取皮后1,2,4,8,12周5个时间点供皮区瘢痕发展情况。结果取皮后第1,2,4,8,12周5个时间点,3组取皮器作用于实验区域,通过肉眼观察,温哥华瘢痕量表评估为0分,显微镜下病理组织学观察,未见明显瘢痕残留,创面实现无瘢痕愈合。结论此3组点阵排列不同间距取皮器作用于实验区域,实现无瘢痕愈合的最大点阵间距为1000μm,这为临床上实施微创取皮实现无瘢痕愈合提供了设备基础,有一定的临床意义。 Objective To investigate the maximum spacing of minimal invasive peeling device with lattice arrangement onto the donor site for wound healing without scar.Methods Make three kinds of minimal invasive peeling device with lattice arrangement of different spacing(1000μm、750μm、500μm)in the experimental areas designed on the back of five New Zealand white rabbits,and then observe the development situation of the scars on the donor site within the five points of time(1st,2nd,4th,8th,12th week)after skin fetching.Results Within the five points of time(1st,2nd,4th,8th,12th week)after skin fetching,Vancouver scar scale(VSS)is zero through naked eye observation,and there is no any scar by pathologic histology observation under microscope,and the wounds are healing.Conclusion It has a certain clinical meaning and gives the equipment foundation for doing the minimally invasive skin extraction that the maximum spacing of these three kinds of peeling devices with lattice arrangement of different spacing which make wound healing without scar is 1000μm.
