摘要
"电子封装技术与材料"及"材料加工实验"是北京工业大学材料科学与工程学院为材料加工模块大四本科生开设的专业必修课程。结合这两门课程的教学大纲,教师在授课过程中开展研究性教学实践,在引导学生认识到专业知识重要性的基础上,注重培养学生自主学习、深入思考的能力,激发学生的创新思维,取得良好的教学效果。
Electronic Packaging Technology and Materials and Experiments in Materials Processing are professional compulsory courses offered by School of Materials Science and Engineering,Beijing University of Technology.The target audiences are the senior undergraduate students majored in materials processing.According to the syllabuses of the courses,based on the teaching practice of the courses,we carried out the practice research teaching.It is necessary to clarify the importance of professional knowledge to the students.Moreover,we should guide and cultivate the innovative thinking of the students.Therefore,students’ability to learn independently,think independently and analyze problems can be improved.
