摘要
核心素养是当代社会对高职高专人才培养的要求,而学生核心素养的培养融入各学科教学中。在食品微生物教学中改变传统的教学模式,建立翻转课堂、开放性实验、创新性实验等新的教学模式,从专业技能、自主学习能力、创新精神、科学素养等方面提升学生核心素养,提高其社会竞争力。
Key competencies which is integrated into the students’curricu lum,is the requirement for cultivating students by higher vocational colleges in this society.In the course of food microbiology,the traditional teaching mode is changed and new teaching modes such as fl ipped classroom,open experiment and innovative experiment are set up,which improves the students’key competencies and social competitiveness,from the aspects of professional skills,independent learning ability,innovation spirit and scientifi c accomplishment.
