摘要
本实验模拟复印机成像过程,静电发生器输出高压,电极在纸面移动而产生电晕放电,纸张吸附电荷后形成静电潜像。利用瀑布显影方式,带电墨粉从上方流过纸面,被纸面电荷吸引沉积形成可见图像,红外加热使墨粉融化而定影。
This experiment simulated the imaging process of the copier.The electrostatic generator output high voltage,and the electrode moved on the paper to generate corona discharge.After the charge was absorbed by the paper,an electrostatic latent image was formed.Using the waterfall development method,the charged toner fl ows over the paper from above and is attracted by the paper charge to form a visible image.The infrared heating causes the toner to melt and fuse.
