卡维地洛联合胺碘酮治疗心律失常的临床疗效及对心功能的影响

Clinical efficacy of carvedilol combined with amiodarone on arrhythmia and its influence on cardiac function

目的探讨卡维地洛联合胺碘酮治疗心律失常的临床疗效及对心功能的影响。方法选择2017年1月至2018年1月收治的心律失常患者94例,按随机对照原则分为两组,各47例。对照组给予胺碘酮治疗,观察组给予卡维地洛联合胺碘酮治疗。比较两组患者临床疗效、心功能指标、超敏C反应蛋白(hs-CRP)水平及不良反应情况。结果观察组总有效率较对照组高(93.62%VS 78.72%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗前两组患者心率(HR)、左室射血分数(LVEF)、收缩压(SBP)及hs-CRP比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后,两组上述心功能指标及hs-CRP均优于治疗前,且观察组明显优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗期间观察组、对照组不良反应发生率(10.64%VS 14.89%)比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论卡维地洛联合胺碘酮治疗心律失常临床疗效显著,可以有效改善患者心功能,安全性高,值得临床推广。

Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of carvedilol combined with amiodarone in the treatment of arrhythmia and its influence on cardiac function.Methods 94 patients with arrhythmia admitted to hospital from January 2017 to January 2018 were divided into two groups by randomized controlled method,with 47 cases in each group.Control group were given amiodarone,while observation group were treated with carvedilol combined with amiodarone.And then,clinical efficacy,indexes of cardiac function,high-sensitivity C-reactive protein(hs-CRP)and adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group(93.62%vs 78.72%),difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Before treatment,there was no statistically significant difference in heart rate(HR),left ventricular ejection fraction(LVEF),systolic blood pressure(SBP)and hs-CRP between the two groups(P>0.05).After treatment,the indexes of cardiac function and hs-CRP in the two groups were better than those before treatment,and those of the observation group were better than those of the control group,difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no statistically significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions(10.64%vs 14.89%)between the observation group and the control group during treatment(P>0.05).Conclusion Carvedilol combined with amiodarone in the treatment of arrhythmia has significant clinical efficacy,it can effectively improve the cardiac function of patients with high safety,which is worthy of clinical promotion.
