转Cry1Ab/Cry2Aj和G10evo-EPSPS基因玉米12-5对田间节肢动物群落的影响 被引量:5

摘要 通过直接观察法和地面陷阱法调查玉米田间节肢动物,研究转基因玉米田与其对应的非转基因玉米田的节肢动物群落差异,综合评价转Cry1Ab/Cry2Aj和G10evo-EPSPS基因抗虫耐除草剂玉米12-5对群落多样性的影响。结果表明:转基因玉米与对应的非转基因玉米田间节肢动物群落的种类及数量组成、主要类群动态均无显著差异;群落丰富度、多样性、均匀度等指数在个别时期存在轻微波动,但均未达到显著水平(P>0.05)。初步显示转Cry1Ab/Cry2Aj和G10evo-EPSPS基因玉米12-5较之非转基因对照,对田间节肢动物群落组成、结构及多样性无明显影响。 Arthropods in maize field were investigated by direct observation and pitfall traps to assess the impacts of transgenic maize with Cry1Ab/Cry2Aj and G10evo-EPSPS genes on the biodiversity of arthropod community.The results showed that there were no significant differences on composition and structure of arthropod community and seasonal dynamics of the dominant groups between transgenic maize with or without herbicide and non-transgenic maize.There was a slight fluctuation on diversity index of arthropod community in some periods,but no significant differences were observed(P>0.05).The preliminary conclusion was that this transgenic maize had no significant effects on composition,structure and diversity index of arthropod community.
