摘要
该试验采用体内外研究方法对月见草茎提取物的抗氧化活性进行了分析。结果表明:月见草茎提取物中黄酮含量较高,具有较强的DPPH自由基、烷基、ABTS自由基清除活性和铁离子螯合能力,且呈现剂量依赖性。同时,月见草茎提取物可显著提高急性肺损伤模型鼠肺组织中的GSH-Px、CAT、SOD的活性,降低MPO活性和MDA含量,表明月见草茎具有较强的抗氧化特性。
The antioxidant activity of Oenothera biennis L.stem extract was studied by in vitro and in vivo experiments.The results showed that the extract of O.biennis L.stem had higher flavonoid content,and strong scavenging activity of DPPH free radical,alkyl group and ABTS free radical,and chelation ability of iron ion with a dose-dependent manner.At the same time,the extract of O.biennis L.stem could significantly increase the activity of GSH-Px,CAT and SOD and decrease the activity of MPO and the content of MDA in the lung tissues of mice with acute lung injury,which indicated that the O.biennis L.stem has strong antioxidant properties.
