摘要
以2201工作面回风顺槽为例,研究了半煤岩巷的围岩变形特征和控制技术。根据霍克-布朗围岩经验强度准则,计算得到巷道围岩松动圈厚度为1.31 m。结合生产实践,认为半煤岩巷在煤岩交界面破坏严重,巷道围岩性质、应力分布规律和工作面的采动影响是巷道变形被破坏的主要因素。结合松动圈理论和悬吊理论,计算回风顺槽锚杆支护的主要参数,并结合邻近工作面回采巷道支护情况,确定合理的支护方案,为类似巷道围岩控制提供参考。
Taking the air return way in 2201 working face as an example,this paper studied the coal-rock roadway surrounding rock deformation characteristics and control techniques.According to the experience of the Hawk-Brown surrounding rock strength criterion,the roadway surrounding broken rock zone thickness was 1.31 m through calculation.In combination with production practice,it is thought that the coal-rock roadway in coal and rock interface damage is serious,and the nature of the roadway surrounding rock,stress distribution and influence of working face in mining are the main factors of roadway deformation damage.Combined with broken rock zone theory and suspension theory,this paper calculated the main parameters of bolting return air transportation tunnel and determined the reasonable supporting scheme connecting with the adjacent mining face roadway support practice situation,providing reference for similar conditions of roadway surrounding rock control.
