摘要
为了使电子选针器具有发热量低、寿命长的优势,首先通过电子选针控制系统的工作步骤阐述了花型信号向选针信号转化的方法;其次从电子选针器的控制原理说明了控制电信号指令转化为选针刀机械动作的过程;然后列举了三种电子选针的控制方式,包括全电压控制方式、高低压控制方式和全电压+持续PWM控制方式,根据电压-时间图分析不同控制方式的优缺点;最后依据现有实验条件对全电压+持续PWM控制方式进行实验验证,说明全电压+持续PWM控制方式可以降低电子选针器的发热量,延长电子选针器的使用寿命,为之后电子选针控制方式的研究提供一定的参考。
In order to make the electronic needle selector have the advantages of long life and high precision,the method of transforming the pattern signal into the needle selection signal was described through the working procedure of the electronic needle selection control system;the control system of electronic needle selector displayed the process of transformation of control electronic signal order into mechanical action of needle selector plate.Then,three control modes of electronic needle selection were exemplified,including full voltage control mode,high and low voltage control mode and full voltage+continuous PWM control mode.The advantages and disadvantages of different control modes were analyzed according to the voltage-time diagram.Finally,based on the existing experimental conditions,the full voltage+continuous PWM control mode was experimentally verified,indicating that such mode could reduce the heat generation of the needle selector and prolong the service life of the electronic needle selector,which provided certain reference for further study.
