摘要
近年来,防刺服作为防护产品受到越来越多的关注。为研究多层高厚高密三维机织物的防刺效果,研究了以超高分子量聚乙烯纤维为原材料的机织物的静动态防刺效果。研究发现:未经处理的三维机织物刀尖刺入长度小于7mm,其防刺性能良好;三维机织物与树脂复合之后,其防刺性能大大提高。
In recent years,more and more attention has been paid to the stab-resistant clothes.In order to study the stab-resistant property of multi-layer high-thickness and high-density three-dimensional woven fabric,the static and dynamic stab-resistant properties of woven fabric made by ultra-high molecular weight polyethylene fiber were studied.The research discovered that the unprocessed 3D woven fabric was stabbed at less than 7mm,which showed good stab resistance and the stab-resistant properties of woven fabric synthesized with epoxy resin was greatly improved.
