高比例兔绒与石墨烯混纺纱的生产工艺研究 被引量:1

摘要 探讨兔绒/石墨烯改性粘胶16. 7tex环锭纺纱线的纺纱方法,为其混纺纱线工艺参数提供参考。首先通过选取原料,在开松混合工序中加入40%比例的石墨烯改性粘胶纤维,极大地改善了兔绒纤维在后序工序中成卷成条困难的问题。梳理工序中,在保证混合均匀、良好分梳、最大程度除杂的同时,尽量减少对两种纤维的损伤。在并条工序中,设计合理并条数使二者混纺再次均匀。在粗纱工艺中,合理优化参数。在细纱工序中,采用环锭纺纱方式,为管纱成型优化纺纱工艺参数。最后对纺成纱线进行测试,结果为各项性能指标良好。二者混纺可以解决纯兔绒纤维在毛纺设备上纺纱的生产难点和增加其功能性。 The spinning method of rabbit velvet/graphene modified adhesive 16.7 Tex ring spun yarn was discussed,which provided reference for its blended yarn technological parameters.Firstly,by selecting raw materials and adding 40%of graphene modified adhesive fiber in the loose mixing process,the difficulty of rabbit velvet fiber winding into strips in the post-sequence process was greatly improved;in the combing process,the damage to the two fibers was minimized while ensuring that the mixture was uniform,well-combed,and the maximum degree of miscellaneous removal.In the process of blending,the design was reasonable and the number of bars made the two blends even again.In the roving process,the parameters were reasonably optimized.In the fine yarn process,ring ingot spinning method was adopted to optimize spinning parameters for pipe yarn forming.Finally,the spinning yarn was tested and the results were good.The blending of the two could solve the production difficulties and increase the functionalities of pure rabbit velvet fiber spinning on wool spinning equipment.
