自组装法制备CS/HAP杂化膜的结构与性能研究

摘要 通过自组装法制备了壳聚糖(CS)/羟基磷灰石(HAP)杂化膜并用于吸附溶菌酶。通过FTIR,XRD和SEM来表征膜的结构和HAP的分散情况。在蛋白质吸附研究中,溶菌酶被用作目标蛋白。通过改变了杂化膜中CS/HAP的含量比、pH值、起始溶菌酶浓度、吸附时间研究了杂化膜的吸附性能。CS/HAP杂化膜的最大吸附量达到了235. 3mg/g。杂化膜的解吸附性能在NaCl溶液中进行了研究。 The chitosan(CS)/hydroxyapatite(HAP)hybrid membrane was prepared by self-assembly method for lysozyme(LZ)adsorption.The dispersion of HAP and the structure of hybrid membrane were characterized by FTIR,XRD and SEM.Moreover,lysozyme was selected as a target protein in protein adsorption study.The adsorption property of CS/HAP hybrid membrane was studied by changing CS/HAP ratio,pH value,concentrations of initial lysozyme and adsorption time.The maximum adsorptive quantity of CS/HAP hybrid membrane could reach 235.3mg/g.Finally,the desorption property of the membrane was studied in NaCl solutions.
