摘要 天然色素由天然材料提取而来,较之于传统色素无毒性且对环境友好,但其易受各种物化因素的影响,难以大规模应用。为了改良天然色素性能,将其使用到染整行业中,以天然色素为芯材,以苯乙烯为壁材,采用悬浮聚合法制备了天然色素微胶囊。在分子表面形成纳米级的薄壳,使色素不再与外界直接接触,大大增强了色素分子的稳定性。研究了引发剂含量、芯壁比、分散剂含量、反应时间、搅拌速率对天然色素微胶囊粒径的影响。实验结果表明:引发剂AIBN用量为单体的3%,芯壁比为1:5,分散剂聚乙烯醇(PVA)用量为20ml,反应时间为4h,搅拌速度为500 r/min时,可以制备外观和粒径最佳的微球。微胶囊呈规则的球形,分散均匀。 Compared with the traditional pigments,the natural pigments are extracted from natural materials and they are non-toxic and eco-friendly;meanwhile they are easily affected by diverse physical and chemical factors,making it difficult to apply on a large scale.In order to improve the performance of natural pigments and use them in dyeing and finishing industry,the natural pigment microcapsules were prepared via suspension polymerization method,which used natural pigment as core material and styrene as the wall.The formation of nano-shell on the molecular surface avoided the direct contact between pigments and the outside,which enhanced the stability of the pigments.The effects of the initiator content,core ratio,dispersant amount,reaction time and agitation speed on the particle size of natural pigment microcapsules were explored.The experiment results showed that the best appearance and particle size of the microspheres were obtained when the initiator AIBN dosage was 3%of the mixed monomer,the core-wall ratio 1:5,the dispersant polyvinyl alcohol(PVA)20 ml,reaction time 4h at the agitation speed of a 500 r/min.Microcapsules were regular spherical and dispersed homogeneously,which was suitable for textile industry.
