摘要
为了研制一种既能抗径向高过载的冲击,又能满足高离心旋转条件下延期精度的全密封火焰延期点火管,进行了闭气机构设计及试验验证。研究表明:采用组合化单孔传火垫片设计,解决了延期点火管径向抗高过载冲击的问题;采用闭气机构设计,提高了延期点火管在高离心过载条件下的延期精度和输出性能稳定性。在系统试验中,该延期点火管均可靠作用。
In order to study a full-sealed delay igniter,which can withstand high overload shock and meet delay precision under the high centrifuge rotaion environment,the obturation mechanism was designed and tested.The test results show that using combinatorial single-hole transmission design can solve the problem of radial withstanding high overload,and using obturation mechanism design,the delay precision and output performance stability under high centrifugal overload of delay igniter were improved.The delay igniters can all reliable function in system test.
