提高电火工品用封接件插针接插性能的工艺研究

摘要 基于航天领域对电火工品的接插性能要求较高,根据实际生产过程中存在的问题,探索出一种新型环保型表面处理工艺,讨论了处理方式、溶液组分以及温度、时间等工艺参数的影响。通过实验和生产验证,得到了超声波精饰处理液的最佳工艺条件;处理后的插针表面可达到5级光亮,电镀后插针表面镀金层光亮致密,500次插拔试验后镀层表面未出现起皮掉层现象。该工艺保证了封接件的表面质量和接插性能的良好性,满足了设计对产品的性能要求。 In consideration of the higher requirements of plug performance for electric initiator used in space,according to the practical problems existing in the production process,a new type of environmentally friendly surface treatment was explored,as well as the influence of process parameters,such as treatment,the solution composition and temperature,time and so on,were discussed.Through the experiment and production validation,the best process conditions of ultrasonic finishing treatment were obtained,and the surface brightness of the stainless steel could reach level 5(mirror-like shine).After plating,the surface of the gold-plated pin is bright and compact.After 500 times of plug experiment,no peeling off layer coating surface phenomenon exist.The treatment ways ensure the surface quality of the seal and plug performance,meet the performance requirements for the design of the product.
