摘要
通过分析单绕组磁悬浮开关磁阻电机的结构和运行机理,针对电机悬浮力和转矩存在非线性、耦合的问题,提出了一种电机在高速旋转状态下平均转矩和平均悬浮力控制策略。通过引入超前角,推导出单绕组磁悬浮开关磁阻电机的平均转矩、平均悬浮力的数学模型。考虑到磁饱和与单绕组磁悬浮开关磁阻电机的绕组特性,采用总电流限流的控制方法,利用平均转矩和平均悬浮力数学模型设计控制流程图,计算超前角、悬浮电流和转矩电流。仿真结果表明:系统运行具有良好的稳态特性,同时转子径向位置具有良好的动态反应特性。
Aiming at the problems of nonlinear and coupling between motor levitation force and torque,a control strategy of average torque and average levitation force for motor under high speed rotation was proposed by analyzing the structure and operation mechanism of the single winding bearingless switched reluctance motor.By introducing the advanced angle,the mathematical model of the average torque and the average levitation force for the single winding bearingless switched reluctance motor were derived.Considering the magnetic saturation and winding characteristics of the single winding bearingless switched reluctance motor,the control method of the total current limiting was adopted,the control flow chart was designed by using the mathematical model of average torque and average levitation force,the advanced angle,levitation current and torque current were calculated.The simulation results show that the system have good steady-state characteristics,at the same time,the radial positions of the rotor have good dynamic response characteristics.
