以人民为中心的公安工作理念,其实质就是要始终坚持人民主体地位,体现公安工作人民至上的价值取向,把新时代人民对美好生活的新期望作为公安工作的导向。这是公安工作回归初心的体现,更是公安工作的力量之源、政治原则和价值追求。坚持以人民为中心的公安工作理念,必须不断提高公安工作的创造力、凝聚力、战斗力,不断提高公安机关的治理能力和服务水平;必须树立执法为民的意识,筑牢保护人民的坚不可摧的铜墙铁壁;必须提高执法为民的能力,着力解决好人民群众关心的切身利益问题。
