摘要 为了得到建筑功能、结构性能和经济性能最佳的设计方案,对多个方案进行比选是设计过程中的重要一环。在进行上海某装配整体式高层建筑设计过程中,共有4个方案可供选择,包括钢筋混凝土框架-剪力墙结构、钢筋混凝土框架+防屈曲约束支撑结构、钢筋混凝土框架+防屈曲钢板墙结构和钢筋混凝土框架+黏滞流体阻尼器结构。设计师通过各个方面的对比,最终选择钢筋混凝土框架+黏滞流体阻尼器结构,不仅可以弥补采用纯框架结构时层间位移角不能满足现行规范要求的不足,还能保证结构的预制率符合要求,同时可以减小构件的截面尺寸并减少截面配筋。 In order to design a building that is good in architecture function,structural performance and economic performance,it is important to make a comparison between many design schemes.There are four design schemes in designing a precast monolithic high-rise building,including reinforced concrete frame-shear wall structure,reinforced concrete frame structure with buckling restrained braces,reinforced concrete frame structure with buckling restrained wall and reinforced concrete frame structure with viscous fluid damper.Designers finally choose the reinforced concrete frame structure with viscous fluid damper after making a comparison between various aspects.It not only can offsets the frame structure shortage that the interlayer displacement angle can not meeting the requirements of current specifications,but also can ensure the prefabricated rate meet the requirements of specifications.
