常压塔空冷片翅片管腐蚀穿孔分析及安全对策研究 被引量:4

摘要 通过对常减压蒸馏装置常顶失效空冷片翅片管进行宏观形貌分析、穿孔区域以及内壁截面观察,采用电镜组织观察分析、管内腐蚀垢样分析、垢样谱线解析等多种分析手段,从硫元素、氯元素、水的影响深度分析腐蚀机理,掌握设备腐蚀现状。通过合理的原油调配,采用雾化喷头注水、升级设备材质等一系列手段,降低腐蚀速率,并采用在线腐蚀监测、设定腐蚀速率预警值、红外热成像等措施,提高设备的安全防范能力。 Electronic microscopic observation,corrosion scale analysis and scale sample spectral line analysis were employed to performmacroscopic morphology analysis and observation of the perforation area and inner wall section.The corrosion status and mechanism was concluded from the effect of sulfur,chlorine and water.It was pointed out that the corrosion rate could be reduced by the rational allocation of crude oil,utilizing spraying nozzle for water injection and material upgrade,which in combination with online corrosion monitoring,corrosion rate early-warning and infrared thermal imaging would enhance the safety defense capacity of equipment.
