摘要
介绍了国家对化工企业变更管理的要求以及化工企业基层单位变更管理的执行情况,通过事故事例阐述了变更管理存在的问题,并提出了改进措施。
The national requirements for management of change in chemical enterprises and the implementation of these requirements were introduced.Accident cases were used to address the problems existing in the management of change and improvement measures were provided.
