摘要
分析了负压脱苯工艺的运行关键参数,建立了循环洗油挥发分与粗苯180℃馏分对应转化关系,并实施了塔顶温度调节技改,实现了负压脱苯工艺优化。
The key parameters of the operation of negative pressure de-benzene removal process were analyzed.The corresponding conversion relationship between the volatiles of circulating washing oil and the crude benzene 180℃fraction was established,and the temperature adjustment technology of the top of the tower was implemented to realize the optimization of the negative pressure debenzene extraction process.
