摘要
注气驱油作为缝洞型碳酸盐岩油藏开发主要的技术手段之一,近年来为国内外各大油田的高效开发做出了巨大贡献。为了减缓和控制注气开发过程中的气窜问题,分析了注气驱油的气窜机理,为新的防窜技术的出现提供了理论指导。为了确定可以应用于现场实际生产的防窜技术,分析了国内外主要的防窜技术及其主要的技术优势和劣势。研究发现,泡沫封堵技术、冻胶防窜技术、有机胺盐封窜技术和水气交替技术均有各自的优势和劣势,适应条件也有差异,要想制定能完全满足现场实际生产需要的防窜方案,还需积极准备并开展先导试验,确定最优化防窜配套技术。
Gas injection flooding,as one of the main technical means for the development of fractured-vuggy carbonate reservoirs,has made tremendous contributions to the efficient development of major oilfields at home and abroad in recent years.In order to alleviate and control the gas channeling in the process of gas injection development,the gas channeling mechanism of gas injection flooding is analyzed,which provides theoretical guidance for the emergence of new channeling prevention technology.In order to determine the anti-channeling technology which can be used in the field production,the main anti-channeling technology at home and abroad and its main technical advantages and disadvantages are analyzed.It is found that foam plugging technology,gel anti channeling technology,organic amine salt channeling technology and water gas alternation technology have their own advantages and disadvantages,and their adaptation conditions are different.Therefore,if we want to develop a channeling prevention scheme that can fully meet the actual production needs of the site,we need to actively prepare and carry out pilot tests to determine the optimal channeling prevention.Matching technology.
