摘要 随着我国经济与科学技术的迅猛发展,国民经济对化工产品的依赖程度也越来越高。在相关的化工产品生产制备过程中,常常需要对各种状态参数进行把控,这就离不开化工自动化仪表的技术支撑。但是,由于自动化仪表的长期使用,难免会出现一些瑕疵。为了保障化工产品的生产质量,这就需要对化工自动化仪表的常见故障能够清晰的掌握,以及把控其相关的处理策略。基于上述的因素,重点探讨了化工自动化仪表常见的故障检测,同时有针对性地提出相关的解决和处理策略。 With the rapid development of China’s economy and science and technology,the national economy is increasingly dependent on chemical products.In the production process of related chemical products,it is often necessary to control various state parameters,which is inseparable from the technical support of chemical automation instruments.However,due to the long-term use of automated instruments,there will inevitably be some flaws.In order to ensure the production quality of chemical products,it is necessary to clearly grasp the common faults of chemical automation instruments and control their related processing strategies.Based on the above factors,this paper focuses on the common fault detection of chemical automation instruments,and proposes relevant solutions and treatment strategies in a targeted manner.
